Ken Lee
Co-founder & Director of Business Intelligence
Ken is a co-founder and Director of Business Intelligence at OLLIM Partners. He supports clients with data analysis, strategic financial planning, and scalable FP&A solutions – bringing analytical rigor and practical execution to strengthen reporting, improve forecasting, and drive data-informed decision-making. Ken previously served as an analyst and portfolio manager at both a foreign exchange brokerage and a private equity firm, where he developed deep expertise in portfolio management, financial modelling, and risk assessment. He works closely with founders and leadership teams, particularly in startup and growth-stage settings, to deliver high-quality, cost-effective insights through budgeting, variance analysis, and dashboard development tailored to each organization’s needs. Ken holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designations, and earned his MBA at a leading Canadian institution.
David Jaeyoung Chang
Co-founder & Director of Operations
As a co-founder and Director of Operations, David leads execution at OLLIM Partners – overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring work is delivered at the highest standard. With a background in finance, he brings rigor and speed to every engagement, focused on driving measurable outcomes. David works closely with founders, executives, legal counsel, and investors to support value creation and strategic decision-making. Prior to OLLIM, David worked as a private investment and valuation professional at industry-leading investment funds, with experience across venture capital, private equity, and infrastructure. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Economics), with High Distinction, from the Rotman School of
Management – University of Toronto.
